AEROBIC
MOVES
The ultimate cardiovascular workout.
This high-energy class
increases fitness levels using choreographed moves to increase
the intensity and give your whole body total firmness. Advanced moves.
AQUACISE / WATER WORKS
The perfect class for those who have to avoid impact exercise, a total
body workout using the natural resistance to water to increase
body strength and stamina; and avoid injury. All welcome.
A cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals.
An empowering cardio workout. This fiercely enrgetic programme is inspired by martial arts such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
BODY
CONDITIONING
Total body workout with minimal impact. Using various weights combined
with cardiovascular activity, this is the ultimate fat burn/ muscle
tone class to increase strength and stamina.
OVER 50’s CIRCUITS / CIRCUITS /
LADIES CIRCUITS
BOOT CAMP CIRCUIT
This class consists of various stations of cardiovascular and
resistance exercises. An excellent total body workout for all levels.
Over 50’s circuit is designed for the more mature member working at a low-medium intensity.
Boot Camp circuit is designed for all abilities working at a medium-high intensity.
FIT FOR LIFE
A low-impact class combining simple, choreographed aerobic moves with
some whole body toning exercises. The class will leave you feeling
refreshed and invigorated.
FITBALL
A great fun workout using an
exercise ball to increase core strength, co- ordination and those hard
to reach muscles. Great
for strengthening the abdominal area and lower back muscles.
FUNCTIONAL KICK START
A functional training class to help maintain and improve muscular balance and joint stability. With a mixture of circuit and group based training you are sure to have a great workout to 'kick start' your weekend. All welcome.
KETTLEBELL
This class will push your body to its limits with big functional movements that will burn energy, increase muscle definition, flexibility and provide you with a fun very effective workout in a short 45minute sessions. Techniqu is important so the instructor will provide excellent teaching points to help you succeed.
MBT is designed so you get toned in all the right places. It will increase your strength, endurance and provide functional exercises to help you move and survive everyday challenges. The sessions include TRX, Kettlebell, Core and Abdominal exercises.
A 45 minute class focussing on the training techniques that some MMA fighters use to prepare themselves for their upcoming fights. The class involves functional training, bodyweight exercises, boxing pad work & wrestling/jujitsu drills. Please note there is no sparring involved & will not teach you how to fight in MMA but it will make you fit enough to.
A great class to help people not only learn correct technique for big basics but will also teach you how to create your very own weight training sessions using them. Suitable for all abilities.
PILATES
Pilates concentrates on slow, measured repetitive movements with the
intention of strengthening lesser-used muscles. It uses mainly
floor-based exercises and improves posture, injury prevention and
improves core strength.
PUMP
A great fat-burning work out which will tone and strengthen every
major muscle group in your body. This is a non-impact workout using a
weighted bar accompanied by great music. Suitable for all fitness
levels.
SPINNING
The spinning workout is for absolutely ANYONE who wants to have fun
and get fit. It’s a super aerobic workout on a studio cycle that takes
your fitness to the next level. No co-ordination required.
SPIN & CORE FUSION
Spin & Core Fusion is a 60 minute split session which entails spinning for 30 minutes and functional core circuit training. For those that need to be at work early you can come to the spin only and those that have time to push themselves can carry on into the studio for extra core training with weights, swissball and floor exercises.
STEP
Step is a great cardiovascular workout, which blasts the thighs and
buttocks by using a variable height platform and choreographed moves.
Good co-ordination required for this high-energy fun routine.
STRETCH
CLASS
These classes will help restore
natural postural alignment and enhance balance. If you attend them
regularly, they will help to increase your flexibility and relieve
tension. All ages and
levels welcome.
TRI-
CHALLENGE
Are you up for a challenge?
25 minutes of spinning, followed by 25 minutes of X-training,
followed by 10 minutes of Abdominal Blitz. All welcome.
YOGA (HATHA)
Yoga is the combination of breathing, meditation and stretching. The
aim is to balance mental and physical state and improve general well
being. All welcome.
ZUMBA
A fusion of Latin Dance and easy to
follow moves, Zumba involves aerobic fitness and
interval training with a
combination of fast and slow rhythms that will tone and sculpt the
body. The routine will maximise caloric output, fat burning and total
body toning.
